We provide a full clean up service for you. Save your home being messed up and distroyed.
For kids parties during the day we may have back to back events so assistance in clearing kids or adults food tables is appreciated.
We can provide catering through our catering partners (see list of suggested caterers), however, should you choose to bring your own food onto the premises or order delivery, you are more than welcome to – just note we hold no responsibility for the health and safety of you and your guests. No glassware is permitted. Plastic cups only.
We are happy to provide trestle tables however you will need to bring in any particular coloured table clothes you prefer.
Party Higher have a selection of Professional Dj’s starting from $600 to $2000 to suit everyone’s requirements. They are excellent, professional and know our venue and equipment. Should you wish to bring in your own DJ then a fee may apply. Party higher are the world’s first Silent Disco specific venue as well. The Silent Disco is included in our Venue Hire. This means you have the choice to have loud speakers playing music, a combination of loud and then Silent Disco or Just Silent Disco. (Note DJ’s can play through one channel on the headphones too so can still do requests.
You can have a band, for instance, playing light background music or full on through the speakers.
Notice of at least one month is required for there to be no cancellation fee. A 50% charge will apply for any cancellations with less than one-month notice.
Any cancellation within one week of your booked event date will require 100% charge.
Note that if any cancellation is due to COVID-19 (illness or restrictions), there will be no cancellation or rescheduling fee as your booking is valid for 24 months and can be changed any time.
Please note that If we have sent you an invoice then we have been notified by you via email or over the phone that you are wanting to book our venue.
To cancel a booking we must receive an email with subject “CANCELLATION” and either be notified over the phone as well or you will have received confirmation that we have received your cancellation.
Payment is required in Full to book your event at the Party Higher Venue. Should you be unable to provide this then a deposit of 50% is required on securing your date. If you have a query regarding this, contact us on 1300 734 726.
If you are unsure of the number of children attending your childs event than we suggest to book the minimum number of children you expect (eg. 20 or 30) any additional children we can invoice to you on the day.
Depending on the Children’s party package you have chosen will determine what is included. However for all Silent Disco 4 Kids Glow Party packages (1 – 12y/o) the following is included:
- Up to 20 Headphones included. Any additional headphones provided will be charged.
- Parents and Adult family members Free headphones provided so you can join in and bust a move.
- High Quality Stereo, Silent Disco Transmitters (up to 500m radius)
- Interactive state-of-the-art video dance floor
- Smart Phone with different playlists to choose from
- Changing coloured Light up Limbo Stick
- Professionally trained Facilitator to run interactive games and activities over the headphones up to 2 hours. (6 & under, duration 1.5 hrs)
- Crowd attracting programmable Multi coloured and patterned DJ Booth.
- LED Cubes, Benches, Coffee Tables, Bar and DJ Booths (Can be set to any colour or changing colours to suit your theme/feel)
- Test your reaction speed with your friends and compete against others in our blow up Speed Arena.
- The latest USA Game now in Australia and ready to entertain any age group. Think Volleyball vs 4 Square but played in 9 squares. This is a cool game and can be played with 2 to 20 people at a time. Comes with Referee and Glow ball or Soft glitter floating ball.
- Kitchenette area with 2 fridge/freezers, coffee and tea facilities and microwave and pie warmer.
- Tressle tables as many as you need.
- Troughs that light up for drinks to be placed in.
- Ice for any drinks. Drink Trough that changes colour and keeps all your drinks cool.
- Relax and enjoy and we will clean up the mess during and at the end of your event.

It is a stunning 6m x 6m interactive video dance floor that plays photos, milestone videos, and music clips, making every step a visual delight. Fully customizable with any color and design to suit your event theme, it’s the coolest dance floor you’ve ever seen. It’s also wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can join the fun and create unforgettable memories. This ultimate dance experience is exclusively available at Party Higher’s Venue (Entertainment Complex).
Our venue is 800sq meters comprising of 9 Areas, Entrance, Games Room, Laser Maze, Cloak Room, Front Warehouse Area, Back Warehouse Area, Bathrooms, Secret Garden and upstairs kitchenette.
Party Higher provides security who are all professionally accredited.
Yes, Party Higher provide event facilitators, professional DJ’s, hospitality staff (for bar work, waitering and helping out around the place) and event management staff to help make sure your event run smoothly.
Party Higher provides a space as well as an interactive video dance floor (the only one in Australia) that is modular, programmable and can change in size. We also have in our venue, Silent Disco, Glow Bowling, Glow Ring Toss, a Glow Art Station, Air Hockey Table, Foosball, Axe Throwing, Speed Arena and Laser Room. Please contact Party Higher for our packages. We have different packages to suit all budgets and look forward to helping you create an amazing and memorable experience.
Party Higher have six (6) parking spaces outside plus a crossover area for buses or additional parking. There is ample parking after hours down the whole street as well as the street behind called Nelson Street as it is an industrial area and most premises are closed.
We do have an outdoor area. Please see our venue plan for specifications. The outdoor area can be accessed via a rear roller door or via a door from the back wall of the venue. It is an outdoor fantasy secret garden that is illuminated with festive fairy lights and signs with places to sit and relax.
We currently do not have a commercial kitchen; however, we do have a kitchenette with two large fridges/freezers, a microwave and a small sink available if required.
Party Higher can provide any catering you require. We have a selection of preferred food trucks and catering companies from cocktail foods to grazing tables and more, that you can choose from. Food trucks can be set up inside the venue or in the front car park where a roller door can be opened to give guests access to it. Caterers can cook inside or outside in a marquee and bring food in for guests.
We have more choice than anywhere even with option to bring in your own food or order in uber eats and we can provide the trestle tables. Contact us for our list of preferred food options.
Our venue does not hold any liquor licensing, however should you require alcohol to be served at your event we can organize our licensed providers to set up a pop up bar and provide any alcohol you require. We also offer an option of alcoholic and non-alcoholic daiquiris that are all 99% fruit based and healthy.
Our venue can hold up to 200 guests. We also have an outdoor area that could hold about 50 people. The maximum of 200 does not include staff and entertainment people working, that is for guests only.
